Movie(s)-A-Day #287: Andy Warhol’s Dracula (a.k.a., Blood for Dracula) and Andy Warhol’s Frankenstein (a.k.a., Flesh for Frankenstein) (1974).

The fabulously creepy Udo Kier turns 67 today. He been in lots of low budget horror crap over the years, but has still managed to carve out a niche for himself as the go-to guy for slimy, twisted villains. He really made his mark in 1974 with wonderfully over the top performances in two Warhol-produced cheapies, “Blood for Dracula” and “Flesh for Frankenstein.” Trust me, you’ll never be the same after watching these. Because seriously… the blood of these whores is killing him, and the only way to know death is to fuck life in the gall bladder!
